Meet The Drain Team®
Peter is The Drain Team®‘s Owner and has been with the business for 18 years. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the business and oversees everything that happens in the office and out in the field, but his primary focus is customer satisfaction. If a client has a complaint, Peter immediately investigates and resolves the problem. If a plumbing failure occurred outside of the warranty period but the cause was The Drain Team® plumber mistake, Peter will make it right. His goal is that everyone be treated fairly. Originally from New York, Peter enjoys boating and driving his 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special, #107 of 115 produced. He is a member of the Suncoast Brotherhood which supports foster parents of Pasco County.
Marcus is our Service Manager. He has been with The Drain Team® for 12 years and helps our plumbers’ price projects, find appropriate sub-contractors, and generally takes care of what’s needed. In addition, he loves working large commercial projects that can include storm drains, retention ponds, sewers, boilers, rehabs and large grease traps. Although he has a passion for commercial work, he also enjoys residential projects. He has a wife and two beautiful daughters. When he has a rare moment of free time, Marcus enjoys 4-wheeling, boating, and fishing.
Antonio comes from a family of New York plumbers and has been around this trade his entire life. He has been with us for 10 years and is an exceptional service plumber. He troubleshoots and repairs problems with existing plumbing. From his New York work, he brings knowledge with large storm drains, valves, water lines, and water main breaks. He does a lot of re-piping and new sewer line installation and responds to busted pipe problems. Antonio is also experienced operating heavy equipment. Customers love him. He’s married and has two children. When not at work or spending time with his family, Antonio enjoys boating and four-wheeling.
Bill is our on-call emergency plumber and works 7 days a week. He loves his work and has been with us for 13 years. His primary service area is Pasco County, though he’ll go to wherever he’s needed. He’s dedicated, thorough and conscientious. During his time with us, Bill’s plumbing skills have grown immensely. While some people like to specialize, Bill does it all because he likes the variety and challenges. He has two sons and they are training to become plumbers.
Chris recently moved here from Ohio because he loves our weather and enjoys the outdoors. He is a great all around plumber and has been a great fit for The Drain Team®. In addition to plumbing, Chris does drywall, tilework, and framing. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and owns an award-winning show bike. He also enjoys camping and bonfires.
Chris has worked as a plumber since graduating from high school. His family moved from upstate New York to Florida when he was a child, and he has enjoyed living here ever since. Geographically, he serves clients in Pinellas County but helps out on projects wherever he is needed. He loves plumbing and doesn’t have a specialty, claiming that all jobs “are my favorite.” Over the last 5 years Chris spent his personal time professionally jet skiing, but recently quit to spend time with his family. He lives with his girlfriend of 24 years, their 14 year old son and 8 year old daughter.
Dan is also known as “Digger Dan” because he’s done a lot of sewers. He’s a great all-around plumber and is especially great with new construction. He has qualifications for everything. Digger Dan is married with two grown children and spends his free time with his family and completing “honey-do” lists.
Jacob is a new addition to the Drain Team and is training to be a plumber. He enjoys working with his hands, something he picked up as a child when he helped his grandfather fix an old tractor when he lived in Wisconsin. Jacob moved to Florida five years ago and when he’s not working hard at the company he enjoys spending time with his 2-year-old son, camping and going out on his ATV. Jacob maintains it to run at peak performance and someday hopes to own his dream car, a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, and restore it to mint condition.
Randi is a recent addition to The Drain Team® and comes to us with a construction background, having worked as a kitchen and bathroom remodeler. He knows plumbing from the ground up and is great at troubleshooting problems to find workable solutions. Randi is hobbyist gun collector and enjoys hunting deer and hogs.
Matt has been with the Drain Team for a year and a half. He’s been a plumber in Pinellas County for over 10 years, though he’s originally from Rhode Island. Not surprising, Matt moved to Florida for our beautiful weather. Although he is a skilled all-round plumber, Matt prefers to work with water mains, lift stations and commercial plumbing. He’s a man who enjoys a challenge so he loves to tackle the bigger, difficult projects. Matt is the proud new owner of a Great Dane puppy and enjoys spending his free time with his girlfriend and the currently-little dog, with an occasional golf outing when he can fit it into his schedule.
He has been a plumber for 43 years. He started in New York City then came to Tampa about 32 years ago. He owned a business for 10 years and do all kinds of projects from repairs to new construction. In New York, everything was cast iron. Here it’s newer, with PVC pipes and copper lines. His brother and son are both plumbers, too. He spend his free time with family. Married and have 3 grown children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Only one of his children and three of the grand kids live here. The rest are in New York City. Robert and his wife go up to see them about 3 times a year and in the winter they come down and spend time with them.
Ron has worked for The Drain Team for one year after 12 years as a housing facilities manager for the Navy as a civilian contractor. In this role he was responsible for over 1,700 homes and provided all plumbing and maintenance services to these properties as needed. Originally from Rhode Island, Ron spent some time in West Palm Beach before joining the Drain Team. Ron is married and has one daughter. He loves being a dad and in his spare time he enjoys participating in various water sports.
Ronnie has over 15 years of plumbing experience and has been with The Drain Team® for the last 9 years. He is also a minister. Ronnie is an honest, dedicated employee who has a lot of repeat customers. He enjoys home repair work including water heaters, faucets, and toilets. He was born and raised near Plant City, Florida. His service area is northern Hillsborough and east Pasco counties. He has one son who is now learning the plumbing trade.
Ryan is a plumbers’ apprentice and is Bill’s son. At 6’4″, Ryan is a great help in moving equipment and supplies and is quickly gaining the experience that will make him an excellent plumber in his own right.
Timothy is a newly minted high school graduate who realizes the great job opportunities and stability possible through a plumbing career. He is currently training under Anthony, and appreciates that plumbing is more complicated and extensive than unclogging toilets. Timothy is engaged to be married,and in addition to spending time with his fiancé, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and other active endeavors.
Wes has been a member of The Drain Team® for 4 ½ years and before that, he did plumbing and apartment maintenance. His primary service area is Pinellas County. He is devoted to his beautiful wife and they share a love of horses.
William is a meticulous plumber and customers like him. He joined The Drain Team® 3 years ago and works in the Tampa area. Outgoing and personable, William knows residential plumbing and has good problem solving and repair skills.
Lori has been with The Dream Team® for 7 years and is our Office Manager. She keeps everything together by doing our bookkeeping and payroll, and managing our human resources, and vendor relations activities. She is a retired Verizon Nationwide Account Manager and was responsible for customer sales and services for corporate accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, swimming, reading, listening to music and is rumored to be an Aerosmith fan.
Brian is project manager and coordinator of commercial accounts. He has been with The Drain Team® for 9 years. He has a long history of customer relationship driven positions and knows what it takes to keep long term customers happy with extensive communication and follow-up. Brian is married and currently owns five cockatiels. He enjoys going to the beach and working in his tropical plant garden.
Customer Service Manager
Mary is our Customer Service Manager and she contacts each client after the service is performed to assure they are satisfied with our services and had a good overall experience. She has been with us for 5 years, having moved from Colorado where she held other customer service positions. Mary is a great fit for customer service because she is very smart, genuinely friendly and has great communication skills. Mary is a Christian and her faith is very important to her. She enjoys spiritual reading, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
