Meet The Drain Team®

Peter is The Drain Team®‘s Owner and has been with the business for 21 years. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the business and oversees everything that happens in the office and out in the field, but his primary focus is customer satisfaction. If a client has a complaint, Peter immediately investigates and resolves the problem. If a plumbing failure occurred outside of the warranty period but the cause was The Drain Team® plumber mistake, Peter will make it right. His goal is that everyone be treated fairly. Originally from New York, Peter enjoys boating and driving his 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special, #107 of 115 produced. He is a member of the Suncoast Brotherhood which supports foster parents of Pasco County.


Operations Manager
Marc is our Operations Manager. He has been with The Drain Team® for 16 years and is a State Certified Plumbing Contractor. He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the business, along with attracing, retaining, and effectively managing personnel. In addition, he oversees all field operations by working closely with the Field Supervisors, and each individual technician. Marc has an amazing wife and three beautiful daughters. In his free time, He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and boating.


Antonio comes from a family of New York plumbers and has been around this trade his entire life. He has been with us for 13 years and is an exceptional service plumber. He troubleshoots and repairs problems with existing plumbing. From his New York work, he brings knowledge with large storm drains, valves, water lines, and water main breaks. He does a lot of re-piping and new sewer line installation and responds to busted pipe problems. Antonio is also experienced operating heavy equipment. Customers love him. He’s married and has two children. When not at work or spending time with his family, Antonio enjoys boating and four-wheeling.


Bill is our on-call emergency plumber and works 7 days a week. He loves his work and has been with us for 16 years. His primary service area is Pasco County, though he’ll go to wherever he’s needed. He’s dedicated, thorough and conscientious. During his time with us, Bill’s plumbing skills have grown immensely. While some people like to specialize, Bill does it all because he likes the variety and challenges. He has two sons and they are training to become plumbers.


Chris recently moved here from Ohio because he loves our weather and enjoys the outdoors. He is a great all-around plumber and has been a great fit for The Drain Team®. In addition to plumbing, Chris does drywall, tilework, and framing. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and owns an award-winning show bike. He also enjoys camping and bonfires.


Chris has worked as a plumber since graduating from high school. His family moved from upstate New York to Florida when he was a child, and he has enjoyed living here ever since. Geographically, he serves clients in Pinellas County but helps out on projects wherever he is needed. He loves plumbing and doesn’t have a specialty, claiming that all jobs “are my favorite.” Over the last 5 years Chris spent his personal time professionally jet skiing, but recently quit to spend time with his family. He lives with his girlfriend of 24 years, their 14 year old son and 8 year old daughter.


Dan is also known as “Digger Dan” because he’s done a lot of sewers. He’s a great all-around plumber and is especially great with new construction. He has qualifications for everything. Digger Dan is married with two grown children and spends his free time with his family and completing “honey-do” lists.


Danny has been a plumber for 15 years and recently relocated from Long Island, New York to Tampa, where he is now “living the dream.” Although he knew no one when he arrived here, he has made many friends and enjoys spending time with them at barbeques and going to restaurants with live bands. He loves to try different foods and so he travels the area to find new places to eat. Danny also loves to spend time at the beach whenever possible.


Evan is in training to be The Dream Team® member, and although he has no prior plumbing experience he has always had a knack for this profession. Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Evan came to Florida via Atlanta, Georgia. While in Atlanta he worked for Flood Masters, a company that addresses mold remediation. He has two children and family in the area. When not in training, Evan enjoys spending time at Clear Water beach, skim boarding and fishing.

Jacob is a new addition to the Drain Team® and is training to be a plumber. He enjoys working with his hands, something he picked up as a child when he helped his grandfather fix an old tractor when he lived in Wisconsin. Jacob moved to Florida five years ago and when he’s not working hard at the company he enjoys spending time with his 2-year-old son, camping, and going out on his ATV. Jacob maintains it to run at peak performance and someday hopes to own his dream car, a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, and restore it to mint condition.

Jason has worked in various trades, including roofing, carpentry and landscaping and is now adding plumbing to his extensive skill set. While his is originally from Buffalo, New York, he and his wife currently live in Florida. The couple often relocate for her work, and Jason is always confident that he can find employment because of his strong work ethic and experience. Their love of travel has taken them across the country as well as to Singapore and Australia. Jason and his wife currently live in an RV and they are excited to have recently adopted a rescue dog.


Matt has been with The Drain Team® for 3 years and a half. He’s been a plumber in Pinellas County for over 10 years, though he’s originally from Rhode Island. Not surprising, Matt moved to Florida for our beautiful weather. Although he is a skilled all-around plumber, Matt prefers to work with water mains, lift stations, and commercial plumbing. He’s a man who enjoys a challenge so he loves to tackle the bigger, difficult projects. Matt is the proud new owner of a Great Dane puppy and enjoys spending his free time with his girlfriend and the currently-little dog, with an occasional golf outing when he can fit it into his schedule.


Mark has been a plumber for over 20 years, and has worked in various places in Florida, including Key West, where he lived until 2017 when he lost his home to Hurricane Irma. When joining the Drain Team, he hit the ground running and is already a valued member. Mark as a 19 year old son who plays baseball and football at Palm Beach State College. A long time Tampa Bay Buccaneer’s Fans and his hoping that next season will be their year!


Michael is young but has a strong work ethic and a willingness to do the job, whatever it is. In the past he has worked in construction, as a tile installer, and setting up umbrellas on beach fronts. Although he is excited to learn the plumbing trade, he recently graduated with an associate degree and has his sights set on a career in law. In his free time, Michael enjoys exercising and working on cars.

Mitchel has been a plumber for most of his life. He started working with his step-dad in Houston doing trim out work when he was 8 or 9 years old and at 19 got into the plumbing service industry, doing service calls. Later he moved to San Francisco and began doing plumbing installations and remodeling work until he shifted to drain repair work. Mitchel moved to the Tampa area a few years ago and enjoys fishing, golfing and snowboarding, which he does for a week or two every winter. He especially enjoys snowboarding at higher elevations because it requires greater physical effort than it does at lower elevations, and he loves to challenge himself.

Randi has worked for The Drain Team® for four years and comes to us with a construction background, having worked as a kitchen and bathroom remodeler. He knows plumbing from the ground up and is great at troubleshooting problems to find workable solutions. Randi is a hobbyist gun collector and enjoys hunting deer and hogs.


He has been a plumber for 46 years. He started in New York City then came to Tampa about 35 years ago. He owned a business for 10 years and do all kinds of projects from repairs to new construction. In New York, everything was cast iron. Here it’s newer, with PVC pipes and copper lines. His brother and son are both plumbers, too. He spends his free time with family. Married and have 3 grown children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Only one of his children and three of the grand kids live here. The rest are in New York City. Robert and his wife go up to see them about 3 times a year and in the winter they come down and spend time with them.


Ron has worked for The Drain Team® for four years after 12 years as a housing facilities manager for the Navy as a civilian contractor. In this role, he was responsible for over 1,700 homes and provided all plumbing and maintenance services to these properties as needed. Originally from Rhode Island, Ron spent some time in West Palm Beach before joining the Drain Team®. Ron is married and has one daughter. He loves being a dad and in his spare time, he enjoys participating in various water sports.


Ronnie has over 18 years of plumbing experience and has been with The Drain Team® for the last 12 years. He is also a minister. Ronnie is an honest, dedicated employee who has a lot of repeat customers. He enjoys home repair work including water heaters, faucets, and toilets. He was born and raised near Plant City, Florida. His service area is northern Hillsborough and east Pasco counties. He has one son who is now learning the plumbing trade.


Ryan is a plumbers’ apprentice and is Bill’s son. At 6’4″, Ryan is a great help in moving equipment and supplies and is quickly gaining the experience that will make him an excellent plumber in his own right.


Shawn is new to The Drain Team® and to plumbing but has worked in the cable industry, which has some similarities. He enjoys learning the science behind plumbing, including how gravity impacts water flow and what to install to stop sewer gasses from entering a home. Shawn and his family moved to Florida from Kentucky when he was 7 years old. In his free time, Shawn enjoys working out and is planning to return martial arts.


Thomas Herman is new to The Drain Team® but not to one of our valued plumbers, Randy. Tom has known Randy since middle school and is excited to be training under him as he learns the plumbing trade. Prior to this, Tom was a solar installer and welder. When not at work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his lovely wife and young daughter.


Timothy is a newly minted high school graduate who realizes the great job opportunities and stability possible through a plumbing career. He is currently training under Anthony, and appreciates that plumbing is more complicated and extensive than unclogging toilets. Timothy is married and in addition to spending time with his wife and small daughter, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and other active endeavors.


Wes has been a member of The Drain Team® for 7 ½ years and before that, he did plumbing and apartment maintenance. His primary service area in Pinellas County. He is devoted to his beautiful wife and they share a love of horses.


William is a meticulous plumber and customers like him. He joined The Drain Team® 6 years ago and works in the Tampa area. Outgoing and personable, William knows residential plumbing and has good problem solving and repair skills.

Office Manager
Lori has been with The Dream Team® for 10 years and is our Office Manager. She keeps everything together by doing our bookkeeping and payroll and managing our human resources, and vendor relations activities. She is a retired Verizon Nationwide Account Manager and was responsible for customer sales and services for corporate accounts. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, swimming, reading, listening to music, and is rumored to be an Aerosmith fan.

Commercial Manager
Brian is project manager and coordinator of commercial accounts. He has been with The Drain Team® for 12 years. He has a long history of customer relationship-driven positions and knows what it takes to keep long term customers happy with extensive communication and follow-up. Brian is married and currently owns five cockatiels. He enjoys going to the beach and working in his tropical plant garden.


John is a truly dedicated employee who works every weekend to assure that we provide the best service possible to our customer. In addition to his ten years of plumbing experience, he is also a great generally handyman who fixes pretty much everything we need, from gears to computers. When not at the office, John raises his granddaughter, spends time with his teenager and golfs as much as possible. In every aspect of his life, John is a true multitasker.


Juanita has been a member of The Drain Team® for the last 4 years after a long hiatus and has generally been around the company for 15 years. Not a plumber herself, she has learned much of the process from owner Peter and other members of the team. She is the company matchmaker, pairing the right plumber to each job. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Juanita moved to Florida 20 years ago. Away from work she spends time with her extended family, including a toddler, and goes to the beach whenever possible.
